Project Overview
Project Verdant is the landmark new headquarters for a leading social media brand, designed by TP Bennett and delivered by 8Build.
Due for completion in late 2025, the scheme reflects the businesses’ culture of creativity while setting a new benchmark for high-performance workspace design.
SioSystems was commissioned to deliver a range of acoustic partition and door solutions, balancing transparency, flexibility, and modern aesthetics.
Our Solution
SioSystems supplied and installed:
-Silence 50: providing acoustic comfort in collaborative zones and offices.
- Silence 100: delivering up to 53 dB sound reduction for meeting rooms and specialist spaces.
- Fulcra Pivoting Doors: seamless operation with a refined, contemporary finish.
Our team worked closely with TP Bennett and 8Build to integrate these systems into the architectural design, ensuring both performance and aesthetic goals were achieved.
