Project Overview

The Evelyn Partners project presented a unique challenge. SioSystems were introduced to the contractor and client team and commissioned to deliver a fully detailed specification and design.

Key requirements included:

·        Integration with existing carpentry and joinery works.

·        Fire-rated and non-fire-rated glazed and timber doors.

·        High-performance acoustic solutions for offices, meeting rooms, and breakout areas.

SioSystems provided all necessary certifications, including fire rating documents for both glazed partitions and timber doors

Our Solution

SioSystems delivered a comprehensive suite of internal architectural solutions, combining form, function, and high-performance technical specifications:

·        Glazed Partitions:

·        Silence 25 – straight glazing rated to 40 dB

·        Silence 50 – straight and curved glazing rated to 45 dB

Doors:

·        EI60 fire-rated lobby doors

·        Double pivoting non-fire-rated doors

·        Fire-rated glazed doors

Timber & Joinery:

·        Arbor timber doors

·        Timber Tech panels housing room booking devices, lighting, and thermostat controls

Bespoke Details:

·        Curved double-glazed elements for aesthetic appeal

·        Laser-cut aluminium room numbering integrated into Timber Tech units

·        Bronze finish on all aluminium frames for a high-end look

Outcome & Impact

The completed project delivered:

·        A high-end, modern, and contemporary finish across all spaces.

·        Enhanced acoustic performance, providing privacy for meeting rooms and offices while maintaining open-plan flow.

·        Seamless integration with mechanical and electrical interfaces, including lighting and room booking technology.
