Project Overview
CareCo’s new headquarters in Braintree marks the third phase of development for the company’s growing operations, following the rebuild of its original facility in 2021.
Working with Rose Builders and Cann Creative, SioSystems was appointed to deliver high-performance glazed partition systems through out the building including offices, meeting rooms, and the central structural atrium.
Our Solution
SioSystems designed and installed Silence 25 glazed partitions with Fulcra framed doors, achieving up to 38 dB acoustic performance. Meeting rooms overlooking the atrium feature 17.5 mm structural glazing, balancing transparency with acoustic control.
The scheme also includes single-glazed acoustic-rated breakout rooms, offering privacy without compromising light and openness. Our team collaborated closely with the joinery contractors to refine the interface between glazing and carpentry, ensuring a seamless architectural finish. Workshops and on-site coordination sessions helped maintain quality and design integrity throughout.
Outcome & Impact
The completed HQ delivers a modern, professional, and acoustically balanced workspace. Glazed partitions enhance light transmission while maintaining comfort and privacy, supporting focused work and collaboration.
Integrated Condeco room booking systems linked to the BMS bring smart functionality to the space which is a fitting reflection of CareCo’s innovative and people-centred approach.
